These Terms govern all product purchases from NHMAX (“Seller, we, us”), and constitute a binding contract once customers (“Buyer, you”) complete checkout and submit an order online or offline. By placing any order with NHMAX, you fully accept all below terms.

1. Product & Order Information

1. All NHMAX goods are nutritional supplements formulated with proprietary compound ingredients; product descriptions, specifications, pricing and images listed on official website are for reference only, minor packaging upgrade shall not be deemed product defect.

2. NHMAX reserves the right to correct obvious pricing typo errors without obligation to fulfill orders placed at incorrect mistaken pricing; we will contact buyers to confirm before order processing if price discrepancy appears.

3. Buyer is responsible to verify item quantity, SKU and shipping address prior payment submission; wrong address provided by buyer leading to delivery failure shall be borne by buyer’s cost.

2. Pricing, Tax & Payment

1. Listed product prices exclude sales tax, customs duty and outbound shipping cost unless explicitly marked “free shipping” on product page; applicable state sales tax will be calculated automatically per California tax rules during checkout.

2. Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card and authorized third-party payment platforms; orders will start arrangement only after full payment is successfully cleared into NHMAX designated account.

3. No installment payment available for regular retail orders; all payment shall be completed in full at order confirmation.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

1. Estimated delivery time is for reference only, NHMAX does not guarantee fixed delivery date due to carrier delay, weather or customs uncontrollable factors.

2. Title and risk of product damage/loss transfers from NHMAX to buyer once goods are handed over to designated logistics carrier (FOB Shipping Point).

3. If items arrive damaged, broken or missing upon receipt, buyer must submit photos and claim request to NHMAX customer service within 5 business days after delivery receipt; overdue damage claims will not be processed.

4. NHMAX Return Policy

NHMAX prioritizes customers’ shopping experience and is committed to delivering premium after-sales service to all purchasers.

Customers are eligible for product returns within 14 calendar days starting from the invoice issue date. In compliance with food safety regulatory requirements, returns and full refunds are only available for items with intact, unopened original packaging. Opened merchandise cannot be processed for return or refund due to relevant food safety restrictions.

For goods featuring damaged outer packaging or physical harm incurred during shipment, NHMAX offers a free product replacement service. Replacement requests for such qualified defective items can be submitted within 30 days after purchase.

All return and exchange applications shall follow official application procedures designated by NHMAX. The company reserves the right to verify product conditions and relevant proof of purchase before approving any refund or replacement arrangement.

5. Product Disclaimer & Warranty Limitation

1. NHMAX dietary supplements are nutritional daily supplements only; no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, all product content complies with US FDA DSHEA requirements; all functional descriptions are general nutritional introduction, not medical treatment promise.

2. No express or implied warranty beyond original factory sealed quality; NHMAX disclaims all indirect warranty of merchantability or fitness for specific personal health purpose to the maximum extent permitted by California law.

3. Individual physical effects vary from person to person, NHMAX shall not be liable for any adverse physical discomfort arising from improper overdosage or incompatible personal physical condition of buyers.

6. Limitation of Liability

NHMAX’s total maximum compensation liability for any order dispute, product issue or delivery accident shall never exceed the actual total purchase amount of that specific order; under no circumstances shall NHMAX be responsible for indirect loss, incidental loss, consequential damages or lost profit of buyer caused by product use or delivery delay.

7. Intellectual Property

All NHMAX brand name, trademark, formula, product design, package artwork, website text and pictures are exclusive intellectual property of NHMAX. Any unauthorized copy, reproduction, resale or counterfeit production is strictly prohibited, NHMAX reserves right of legal prosecution against infringement behaviors.

8. CCPA & Personal Data

All buyer personal information collected during order process is governed by NHMAX independent Privacy Policy posted on official site; California residents enjoy all rights regulated under CCPA including data access, correction and deletion request per applicable law.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

2. Any dispute arising out of sales transaction shall first be settled via friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved in the civil court located at Los Angeles County, California.

10. Term Revision Right

NHMAX reserves the right to revise these Terms occasionally; updated version will be published on official website with updated effective date, continued purchase after update release equals your acceptance of revised terms.
